This is a vinyl LP pressing of Unknown Pleasures (2015 EU Reissue) by Joy Divisions. The English rock band originally released their debut studio album on June 15, 1979, via Factory Records. Produced by Martin Hannett, the album was recorded and mixed over three successive weekends at Stockport’s Strawberry Studios in April 1979, with a number of unconventional recording techniques to the group’s sound. In 2000 it was voted number 249 in Colin Larkin’s All-Time Top 1000 Albums. The album was also included in the book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
