This is a 2011 reissue vinyl LP pressing of “Blues & Roots” by Charles Mingus. The American jazz double bass player originally released his album in March 1960, through Atlantic Records. Produced by Nesuhi Ertegun, the album was recorded in Atlantic Studios, New York City in February of 1959.
