Planet Folks – Asian Kung-Fu Generation (Vinyl) (PSP)

This is a vinyl LP pressing of Planet Folks by Asian Kung-Fu Generation. The Japanese rock band released their tenth studio album on March 30, 2022, via Ki/oon Music. The self-produced album contained several features, including rappers OMSB and Rachel on the song “A Starry Night, The City Of Light”.

Asian Kung-Fu Generation consisted of vocalist Masafumi Gotoh, guitarist Kensuke Kita, bassist Takahiro Yamada, and drummer Kiyoshi Ijichi. Despite the indie nature of their music, the band has enjoyed worldwide commercial success in addition to critical acclaim. Asian Kung-Fu Generation has been cited as one of the best, most balanced modern rock bands to emerge from Japan in the 2000s.
