Originally released in 1997, Steve Hackett & The Royal Philharmonic Orchestras A Midsummer Nights Dream is issued on LP Vinyl (180gm gatefold) for the very first time, newly remastered especially for the format. A musical homage to, and inspired by the William Shakespeare play, this album saw Steve on classical guitar accompanied by conductor Matt Dunkley and the full orchestra. Longtime collaborators Roger King & brother John Hackett also feature on, what is often considered, a highlight of Steves classical work.
