Scottish band Wrong Life’s debut self-titled LP comes on the heels of the demise of guitarist/vocalist Fraser’s old band, The Murderburgers. The band doesn’t stray far and continues to grow on the pop-punk foundation that the Murderburgers built. Someone described Wrong Life as ‘power-pop-punk-rock genius’, which sounds pretty cool but ‘Emo-ish, punky bullshit’ might be more apt, though.
